It was really easy to use. The only thing I would have known was about the others bus companies I had to buy too. But everything else was ok.

Delighted with the Amsterdam GVB public transport. Always used the free GVB app to plan our routes and found it very helpful with information about the best route, when to change to a different tram, bus or metro. We found that we never had to wait long for a bus or tram to arrive and once on board were reassured by the display screens showing stops ahead and arrival time.
