There is a lot to see and the public transportation is good and works great it is only recommended to go to Amsterdam were at Camping Vliegenbos also recommended 👍👍spent a few nice days 🤩
Once the transaction was completed it was super easy to use the unlimited ticket . No need to check out when getting off. Great for getting around the general Amsterdam city & sights.
Quick and convenient to use. And always a streetcar to get somewhere quickly
You are mobile in Amsterdam and can therefore visit many places
Awesome, very easy to use. Headout is very user-friendly and customer oriented platform.
It's practical, the trains run frequently and on time. However, the scanners are scratched in some places and therefore the digital tickets cannot be read.
Got my pass without difficulty. However it did not work well to activate the sensor on the tram. My friend's worked fine. I was never stopped but it was anxiety producing.
Easy and self explanatory. My week-long pass downloaded stratight to my apple watch. I never had any issues accessing it. It did take a little effort to figure out the pickup/dropoff routes and locations for my area. Overall, a positive experience!
The whole activation process was misleading. And the QR code of the ticket was not always recognized immediately, so you had to use your cell phone several times via the scanner at the metro entrance. But when it worked, the whole thing was great.
Beautiful city I particularly liked the Anselm Kiefer exhibition and the super organized streetcar ride. We only found out after two days that you can get off the tram with a credit card. I think that's great, better than in Paris. A rather complicated system has now been introduced there and the fare is relatively expensive.
Basically, the idea of the app is ideal. I also used my ticket via the app, but the journeys were also debited from my account. Of course, I then paid for my ticket twice.
Buying digital tickets was quick and easy. But in the streetcars and subway trains, the machine often didn't recognize the ticket immediately.
The offer was great. Unfortunately, 80% of the QR code does not work on the QR code scanner in the streetcar. Otherwise we were satisfied!
The public transportation in Amsterdam was excellent. Very punctual, very clean, and the stations were also very bright and clean. This makes getting around fun and the interaction with the app also worked perfectly. Thank you.
Convenient day pass for streetcar and metro. Scanning with barcode did not always go smoothly in the streetcar. Scanning when getting off takes too much time.
It's a few euros more expensive than buying directly from GVB, but it's much easier and I can save the QR code directly into my wallet.
GVB transport covered a small number of means of transport and only in the center of Amsterdam, for the rest of the means of transport I still had to buy new tickets.
+1: The entry and exit controls.
It was very convenient for me to wander around the city
The transportation was less we changed trains 3 times to go to Antwerp .
Everything is great and helpful for visiting Amsterdam

Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.
As I was training my g was stress freee , I have managed the time very well , where I think I should spend more time I did and took the next train . That is most amazing things with the pass
We found it very good, easy to use and in seconds you have all the possible combinations with the schedules. I took it for 10 days and had no problems with schedules and train combinations. I traveled through 3 countries without any inconvenience. Although on the high speed trains you have to pay for the seats, you still have to live with the costs. Believe me you save a lot of money.
Very nice.. Perfectly guided to purchase the tickets..... Support desk sent the mail on my enquiry related to Pass Number... They promptly replied and made a timely help...
Compliance with the website's offerings
Your prompt response on my request and resolving it on the fly.. really amazed me
How fast the train travels. Never ecperienced a speed like that before. Enjoyed the sceneries.
I have not used the ticket yet but the process seems confusing and complicated and there are extra charges

Ticket purchase easy, very cheap for a big city. Station at Schiphol Airport easy to find. Frequent frequency. Train ride fast, clean. Travel time approx. 18 min. to AMS central station.
The train journey to the airport is ideal. A little downside on the tickets via the app... on the outward journey, we had printed them out but on the return journey we went through the app and it didn't work because as soon as we approached the phone with the QR code, it triggered Apple Pay!!!! We had to ask an agent to open it for us...
Tickets were ready to go instead of managing selections after long flights and it was a two minute wait for the train on the platform. One less headache to manage. Perfect!
Ticket was easily accessible through the app. However, it was hard to scan the QR code at the arriving station until I fully covered the QR code scanner with my phone. Seems like it was detecting the apply pay before the QR code.
Very satisfied, cheaper ticket than other sites or on site Everything went well, I had printed the tickets just in case despite the installation of the application. Thank you
Easy Easy access to platform 3 from the airport. Many trains Please note that you only validate at the amsterdam station exit where you use the qrcode to exit at the gates.
All people are polite and respectful with calm
When the scan worked it was fine.

Frank/Frankie/Harry potter was an excelent driver and tour guide. The meeting area was easy to find at the back of the station (on the water side) bus was speedy clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend booking.

The card covered a variety of activites plus public transportation. We tried museums that we might now have otherwised checked out due to the card.
Ticketing went smoothly. Seen a lot in short time.
I purchased the 24 hours I Amsterdam City Card (Booking ID: 23625512). On iamsterdam.com, the 24 hours card is "discounted" for €59, but it seems that I paid the full price of €65. I inquired about a possible refund for the price difference on March 9 and followed up on March 24, but I never received a response.
Excellent rsperience..maybe not perfectly clear on the means of transportation areoport downtown

I liked the one pass concept, but the app to make reservations and book seats were not clear. Getting an agent to assist me was impossible and did not happen The Robot kept asking ne fir my pass ID and last name after I entered it numerous times. I wast trying to place to pass on hold when I was not using it, but I could not located how to use the app to place the pass on hold. My experience so far is extremely disappointing
The pass is great, but the seat reservation service is very poor. I was only able to book the seats on the routes where booking is compulsory. I wasn't able to book the seats on the routes where it's optional.
It was very helpful loved travelling with global euro rail pass
All very good, very good experience
Easy! Convenient ! Smooth & no glitches ! Fun experience
There was no way of reaching the team locally I struggled with doing the tickets and still had to pay out of pocket. It was not clear to me you needed additional reservations and had to pay for that. It was very frustrating and so decided next time would use the buses instead

Tickets very easy to get. What's more, the driver spotted us from a distance and asked us (by sign) if we were taking the bus and waited for us.
Can be done online and offers a very good service
Quick,no problem with the ticket
Did not almost find the bus stop, and could not understand when og where we could get off. We had trouble with standing at the bus, since it was not seats to everyone.
It was unclear whether I need to scan QR code or not. And when I tried it did not work and opened the Wallet application (auto NFC). Confused whther all good with my return ticket or not.
Very convenient bus to get to downtown quickly, the qr was not scanned but the driver told us there were no problems because he had already seen the tickets.
We didn't have an "experience," it was supposed to be a two way ticket from the airport to a stop nearest our hotel. There was no-one to advise when we arrived at the airport; There WAS NO GUIDE; We were not told where the "bus interchange' was; We found our own way because it was well signposted at the airport, and had to look up the bus route ourselves. When we found the right bus, we attempted to scan the tickets on our phones. Unfortunately I'm not sure anything was registered and we effectively rode for free. All instructions on the bus by the driver, were in Dutch, so we had to listen very carefully as we neared our destination for the correct stop. This was a stressful experience because we do not speak Dutch, and we were new to the country, having only just arrived. It wasn't a good start and have no idea what to do when we leave Amsterdam to come home. The overall experience did not match the expectations you set for us as travellers, and therefore it has to be seen overall as an unacceptable experience provided by your company. Our mobile phones were more useful in helping us to our destination than anything you provided.
No Cash payment was possible. Online Ticket die Not work at the screens on the Bus.
All worked out well as expected
Impossible to read the QR on the bus.

I would love to book more attractions but due to limited time for vacation, I was not able to do it. Maybe next time, I will book other attractions.
The boat tour offered with the city pass was pretty average. They firstly made us waste 25 minutes by asking us to arrive 15 minutes early just for them to leave 10 minutes late. They were focused on getting more people onboard than leaving on time. The audio guide was just a sentence each and unsynchronized with the tour at some parts.
Good value for money and hassle free. Used the passes lot visit museums and canal cruise.
It is convenient to book attractions. The pass is price worthy!
