Your ticket allows entry up to 15 minutes after the scheduled time. Once inside, you may stay until closing.
Cash payments are not accepted at the museum’s cafés and shops.
Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time slot and cannot be rescheduled. Guests who arrive late or do not show up may be marked as no-shows and will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
If you are running late, please speak with the Rijksmuseum staff at the entrance. While entry is not guaranteed, the team will try to assist based on availability.
