- Smoking, food and beverages, umbrellas, prams, child carriers, strollers, suitcases, and other large items are not permitted inside the venue.
- Pets are not allowed due to venue restrictions.
- Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
- Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
1-hour canal cruise
- Pets are not allowed on board.
- Strollers are not permitted on board for safety reasons, but can be stored at the departure point before boarding.

- The narration is in English with Dutch subtitles.
- Tickets are valid only for the selected date and time; late entry is permitted up to 30 minutes after the start time (except for the final slot of the day).
