When booking the ticket it statedyou also had a £20 voucher included for the food. I assumed as I had bought 2 it would be a £40 voucher and this was not the case. When we arrived for the food the waiter told us we on had a £20 voucher. The food was ok but warm and not really what we expected from a hyped up food venue.

It was very nice, but one hour in the Adam Look is very short for 2 drinks. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get upstairs after entering and you have to be back downstairs 15 minutes before the ship departs. That leaves 30 minutes for upstairs, which is very short if you want to see everything. The tour was really great and informative. Unfortunately there are no headphones, contrary to the advertisement, an English version comes over the loudspeakers - other languages via cell phone (if you don't have headphones with you, you have to listen to it loudly). All in all a great experience. Beautiful view in the Panorama Restaurant and beautiful views on the canal cruise.

We really enjoyed the Tour! The boat was well-maintained and really comfortable. The service was great – and our captain was just amazing: super friendly, happy to answer any questions, and he shared lots of interesting little details on top of the audio tour that we wouldn’t have noticed otherwise. We’d definitely do it again and can wholeheartedly recommend it!

The choice of route, the very friendly staff, the sale of drinks on board and the audio guide via smartphone app (avoiding electronic waste with "disposable headphones"). One star deduction because of the occasional interruptions in the audio translation, at least in the German language, and the lack of loudspeakers in the rear outside area of the boat, which is why the additional explanations spoken by the captain over the microphone for the audio tour were not understood outside.

I bought tickets for a cruise with drinks and snacks included, but they weren't included. When you sell something with the word "included," it means you don't have to pay extra for the service; that's false advertising. It also makes no sense to reserve and buy with a reservation if it's cheaper to buy the ticket there, and if your reservation doesn't guarantee you can skip the line.
