The stadium itself is very nice. We were able to see the changing rooms, the press room and the substitutes' benches, and we were able to try out the seats everywhere. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed into the VIP area or to touch the pitch. But I think that's the case everywhere. We had booked the audio tour (the cheapest). When we booked it, we were told that it was also available in German. Unfortunately, when we were there, only English and Dutch were available. No problem for us adults. The kids were very disappointed at first. It would have been better if this had been stated in the booking from the start. Then we could have prepared the kids for it. The English audio was very easy to understand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Like almost nowhere else in the Netherlands, there are no discounts for families.

Our grandsons Camiel and Gaston were so looking forward to visiting the ArenA. The reception, the staff were very friendly. And the ArenA itself, was super. Highly recommended.

Great tour without a guide, some stadiums in Germany can take a leaf out of their book. I can only recommend it to soccer fans.

Fantastic experience lived in this Tour of the Johan Cruyff Arena.Spectacular guided tour by Mr. Hans, thank you very much for everything he taught us and explained in detail throughout the tour of the stadium, in addition to his soccer knowledge we were pleasantly surprised by the super detail they had with my nephew because that day was his birthday and they gave him a magnificent detail and spontaneously encouraged all participants to sing Happy Birthday something he will never forget in life and will always keep in his memory of his visit to the stadium. I would also like to highlight the kindness and courtesy of another guide that I do not remember the name, a young man who spoke perfect Spanish. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. Our guide Jonas told the story of Anne Frank's life in a very sensitive and authentic way. In between, he gave us time to pause and let the events of that time sink in. I can only recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the subject of the Second World War and is in Amsterdam. The tour lasted 2 hours for us. I would recommend taking the tour earlier in the day so that you can go to the museum afterwards. Unfortunately this was not possible for us as we were unable to get tickets at such short notice. The tour was so interesting for us that we would have liked to have had a look at the local area afterwards.

As a family, we really enjoyed the tour. You see corners of Amsterdam that you would otherwise not see or overlook. Thank you very much for telling the story of the Frank family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Gabriela, our guide. She was knowledgeable and brought a great energy to a tour, so that even our two young boys (6 and 9) had fun and lasted the 1.5 hours. Good mix of information and sightseeing.

Leo was our guide. We started with a brief introduction to traffic and then we were off. After a brief recap of the subject matter, he led us from one place to another with aplomb. His narrative was so lively and he obviously felt it too. You could have great conversations with him on the subject. He was simply perfect. Even my youngest child (11) was thrilled.

The guided tour with Gaurhier through the Jewish Quarter to the Anne Franck Museum. He seemed to know his subject like the back of his hand, with photos to show us, and I was captivated! See the very impressive memorial with the names of every Jew who disappeared during the shoas.... recommended if you can't visit the museum as we did, or as a supplement. Afterwards, you can take a virtual tour online via a well-designed QR code. Too bad there's no virtual tour in French.

We all love history and several in our group are WW2 history fans. A couple of us had relatives that died freeing European countries from the nazis. I, in particular, am the granddaughter of an American soldier that gave his life to free the European people from nazi control. Our tour guide is an activist by his own admission. Seems to be an activist against any party that he doesn't agree with. He told our group that the nazi party are now in charge of Germany and one other country. We all know that what the Germans did to Jews was terrible and should never happen again. Our tour guide told us several times that "nazis are bad "duh! We are well aware. Implying several times that we have to keep the nazis from taking over again. Seemed very political, which made us uncomfortable. There we good parts to the tour that were informative and that we learned a few new things too. Especially about the gold name plates at some of the door fronts. We really wished the whole tour stuck to history and not a college kids opinion.

She was extremely knowledgeable, providing deep insight and historical context in a way that was both engaging and respectful. She was also very approachable and open to questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the group. I would highly recommend this tour—especially with Iris as your guide.

However, concerning the information, we did not understand that the entrance to Anne Franck's house was not included. Also, we were late in receiving your proposal for booking the entrance to the synagogue. We would have liked to have received this information earlier. Fortunately, we were staying in Amsterdam to benefit from the museum and synagogue entrance.

The experience was less enjoyable for me because it was incomprehensible to me why the explanations were given only in English and not in Dutch. It all went much too fast and was difficult for me, a 1944-born Dutchman with a reasonable command of English, to follow. The indication of raw materials was also only in English. The only Dutch word spoken during the presentation was "PROOST."

This was a great experience. The Heineken team build a great environment to learn about the making of their brand & then enjoying the beer. Highly recommend

Loved the games, photo points and the part where we became the beer. Was something I haven't experienced before. Loved the tasting part and that at the end we could choose what to drink twice. All the Heineken members either presenting, at the bar or at the entrance were super sweet and friendly! They elevated the experience even more.

Beside of very pleasant guide this visit can be easily done by those who come by car to Amsterdam, one very crowdy place, no free bathrooms in there (there is just one toilet in the parking lot, and it's a paid one), ultra-inflated prices in the local stores, just not worth by the current price...

The tour of the Jewish quarter was amazing, it was very interesting to go into the past and learn a little more about how difficult it was for people and especially for the Jewish community to live during the Second World War, we visited several historical places and in general we left very sensitized of the Jewish holocaust. We took the extended tour giving more time at each location which was very good. My reason for giving 4 stars not five My wife walks with a walking stick, only during our tour of Volendam, the forth visit of five did my wife's ability ability come up when we needed to take a flight of stairs. Later in the Volendam visit we had a fairly long walk back to the bus. My wife is not able to walk fast and the tour guide and other tourists made it back to the bus a few minutes ahead of my wife and my self. Only then did the tour guide appear to come back to see where we were. The tour guide then gave an alternative option during the Marken visit which means not having to walk around Marken. Unfortunately because of how fast my wife had tried to walk in Volendam, she was not able to walk at pace in Marken. My feedback is that the tour guides need to be much more aware of physical abilities. A walking stick is used for a reason. Why was no attempt made to find out what, if any, limitations that person had? The walk back to the bus in Volendsm was a straight walk along a path. The tour guide could have been more aware and pointed this out allowing more time for my wife to get back to the bus. Had this been the case, my wife would have had the ability to walk around Marken. The day was very good but, for us, it was spoilt by the lack of care and attention
