Besides being a beautiful stadium a lot was told about the wonderful history of our club! Sjaak Swart, Mister Ajax with 603 matches for our club to the psychological warfare in the locker room with the 10 showers. Respect for the turf masters who have the field looking so beautiful. Nice tour for young and old. Thanks for everything!
Great tour without a guide, some stadiums in Germany can take a leaf out of their book. I can only recommend it to soccer fans.
The experience is good and the Stadium is incredible. Five stars Stadium for us. Tour inside the Stadium is very nice, and you can visit the main important areas of it. The only negative point is that the audioguide is not available in Spanish, although the club's website indicates that it is available when you buy tickets. For us this was a major inconvenience as well as seeming to be a deception since the website indicates that it is available.
Super nice people who looked after us. Despite the language, everything was easy to understand. The guide took a lot of time to answer questions. Very nice tour with lots of humor and lots of great impressions of Ajax. Gladly again
The stadium itself is very nice. We were able to see the changing rooms, the press room and the substitutes' benches, and we were able to try out the seats everywhere. Unfortunately, we weren't allowed into the VIP area or to touch the pitch. But I think that's the case everywhere. We had booked the audio tour (the cheapest). When we booked it, we were told that it was also available in German. Unfortunately, when we were there, only English and Dutch were available. No problem for us adults. The kids were very disappointed at first. It would have been better if this had been stated in the booking from the start. Then we could have prepared the kids for it. The English audio was very easy to understand. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Like almost nowhere else in the Netherlands, there are no discounts for families.
The experience was great really enjoyed being able to dee the pitch and the locker rooms being in the hallway where the player udually are
The only (and relevant) problem is that I couldn't see the field, since it was prepared for a show. It would be fair if I had been informed before.
Audio guide not available in German
Perfect day and very nice the visit and tour ⚽🖖🏻
It was very expensive for what it looked like and the audio guide did not have Spanish.
Amazing tour! I recommend it! Is a beautiful stadium!
Was awesome, tiny, clean... We love it.
Well organized tour with friendly staff.
Great stadium tour, very nice guides. Everything was great!
Amazing tour, amazing service ,Worth repeating
Very good experience. Thank you
Amazon stadium, ajax is Amazon club
The guide was super! Very engaging and full of knowledge! The stadium really beautiful, in every area!

Amazing sights & flexible tour! Loved exploring Amsterdam's landmarks at my own pace with the hop-on hop-off bus—scenic, convenient, and memorable!
Amsterdam Hop on hop off experience was a delight: Informative and interesting. Next time I would definitely choose the option where the bus and boat is combined: That way one can experience the best parts of the whole city.
It was ok... there could have been more information in between. There was also no information about the long break at Gassan Diamonds.
Nice itinerary. Numerous stops. Good driving. On a scorching day the air cond is most appreciated.
the good overview and the space available
Wonderful experience as usual I used in Seville, In Madrid, in Tokyo, etc. next will be Frankfurt
Unfortunately, we had difficulties finding the departure point, and the stops were very confusing and insufficiently signposted. In addition, it was unbearable on the bus without air conditioning. We were only able to make three stops and then had to abandon the bus due to the heat. Too bad about the good money .
There wasn't really anything interesting to see. The tour was unfortunately boring and we regretted having paid so much money.
The stops were not marked at all. Little information about the sights
Nothing, cramped seats, audio guide sometimes not suitable for the location, meeting point not correctly listed on the internet, far too expensive for such a tour
Too expensive for the Short line Only 9 Stopps Stations are Hard to find .. especially Station 3
Very poor value for money, hardly any information, very disappointing! We would not recommend it to others
Bus driver was not overly friendly. Bus stops were not clearly marked eg. Stop 5 where we got on. Audio commentary is good but while it's playing. You can't hear the driver separately telling you what stop he's up to. Couldn't find a timetable on the app & driver Couldn't tell me when the next bus would be coming or how frequently they came past the stop.
Commentary very informative but would have liked more stops and more frequent buses, as quite a long wait between pick ups.

We took part as a family of four with two sons aged 11 and 13 - our guide Jonas managed to familiarize us all with the difficult topic with his empathetic manner and enormous knowledge. The tour was interesting at all times and captivated us. Thank you very much for the great tour, we recommend it 100%!
An exceptional guide and a very rewarding and captivating walk.
A really great walk in the footsteps of Anne Frank. Special mention to our guide Gauthier. He immersed us in the life and times of Anne and her family.
Our guide Jonas told the story of Anne Frank's life in a very sensitive and authentic way. In between, he gave us time to pause and let the events of that time sink in. I can only recommend this tour to anyone who is interested in the subject of the Second World War and is in Amsterdam. The tour lasted 2 hours for us. I would recommend taking the tour earlier in the day so that you can go to the museum afterwards. Unfortunately this was not possible for us as we were unable to get tickets at such short notice. The tour was so interesting for us that we would have liked to have had a look at the local area afterwards.
As a family, we really enjoyed the tour. You see corners of Amsterdam that you would otherwise not see or overlook. Thank you very much for telling the story of the Frank family.
We loved the guide Joseph who explained a lot of things and who had answers for EVERYTHING 😃😃 the tour is very nice to do with or without children several stops during the tour to do and even to do again THANK YOU JOSEPH 🙏🙏✌️✌️😃😃
It was an excellent tour, a great young woman who conveyed everything very pleasantly. You could tell that she really enjoys doing it.
Our guide was awesome and I appreciated all the history I learned today. The walk around Amsterdam was nice to not only see historical sites but to see different parts of the city.
Yoshi was a wonderful guide!!! His knowledge and thorough explanations made it all the more beautiful. He was able to deliver even when our groups included very young children!
We thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Gabriela, our guide. She was knowledgeable and brought a great energy to a tour, so that even our two young boys (6 and 9) had fun and lasted the 1.5 hours. Good mix of information and sightseeing.
Leo was our guide. We started with a brief introduction to traffic and then we were off. After a brief recap of the subject matter, he led us from one place to another with aplomb. His narrative was so lively and he obviously felt it too. You could have great conversations with him on the subject. He was simply perfect. Even my youngest child (11) was thrilled.
Our guide, Sylvia, was wonderful, passing on elements of history and memory that added a great deal of emotion to our 2-hour visit in French, based on the story of Anne Frank.
Our guide Jonas was absolutley spectacular, i took the walk with my 10 year old backround and we have jewish history. He was sensitive , well informed and really happy to answer all of my kids questions.
Peter guided us through the city calmly and with a lot of background knowledge and we got a good impression of the Frank family's life. It was touching and beautiful.
The size of the group was perfect, I learned a lot on the tour and even more background than I knew. The almost 2 hours flew by. Many thanks
The guided tour with Gaurhier through the Jewish Quarter to the Anne Franck Museum. He seemed to know his subject like the back of his hand, with photos to show us, and I was captivated! See the very impressive memorial with the names of every Jew who disappeared during the shoas.... recommended if you can't visit the museum as we did, or as a supplement. Afterwards, you can take a virtual tour online via a well-designed QR code. Too bad there's no virtual tour in French.
The tour of the Jewish quarter was amazing, it was very interesting to go into the past and learn a little more about how difficult it was for people and especially for the Jewish community to live during the Second World War, we visited several historical places and in general we left very sensitized of the Jewish holocaust. A thousand thanks to our guide Manuel who gave us an extraordinary tour.
Our tour guide Bianca was brilliant ! She was very knowledgeable and made the experience interesting by referring to extracts from Anne Frank's diary .
Our guide was incredible. She laid out the history and context in which the Frank family lived prior to and during the war. What a fantastic learning experience about human history, and one that is especially relevant to remember today. Thank you!!
Our guide, Alex, was very welcoming and professional. Even though we were visiting with kids 10, 8 and 8 years old he was inviting and answered every single question with unlimited patience. Alex knew a lot and referred to the Frank's book often. We have enjoyed it immensely. Thank you
The tour guide was excellent, and the cruise went a little less smoothly despite the choice of French, as the pilot spoke English.
Martina S was very knowledgeable and informative on our tour and gave a great perspective on the period along with the Anne Frank story. We timed the tour with our visit to the Anne Frank Museum.
* I had to click on items that don't apply to our situation because the review would not submit without these boxes checked. Disregard the checks. We as a group thought the tour would be lead by someone telling us only facts about world war 2 and Anne Frank's house. There were 10 of us in our group and none of us were pleased with his tour. We all love history and several in our group are WW2 history fans. A couple of us had relatives that died freeing European countries from the nazis. I, in particular, am the granddaughter of an American soldier that gave his life to free the European people from nazi control. Our tour guide is an activist by his own admission. Seems to be an activist against any party that he doesn't agree with. He told our group that the nazi party are now in charge of Germany and one other country. We all know that what the Germans did to Jews was terrible and should never happen again. Our tour guide told us several times that "nazis are bad "duh! We are well aware. Implying several times that we have to keep the nazis from taking over again. Seemed very political, which made us uncomfortable. There we good parts to the tour that were informative and that we learned a few new things too. Especially about the gold name plates at some of the door fronts. We really wished the whole tour stuck to history and not a college kids opinion.
Valeria was an excellent guide for the Anne Frank Walking tour. She gave a full and interesting history of the Frank family. She reviewed the Jewish history in Amsterdam and the effects the community had on the wealth of the City after fleeing Spain. We had a great overview of the events around und Anne Franks hiding and the genesis of her journal. Through getting to know the characters, the horror of the Holocaust could be appreciated
Good evening Our guide took our group on the informative tour in a welcoming, highly competent and emphatic manner! He was always eager to give us more information, even in a shady spot! information! The story of the fate of the Jews in Holland affected me deeply, not least because it took place right there! Thank you very much, I can only recommend this valuable tour to everyone!

We had a great experience on the Anne Frank / WWII walking tour, and much of that was thanks to our guide, Iris. She was extremely knowledgeable, providing deep insight and historical context in a way that was both engaging and respectful. Iris spoke eloquently and clearly throughout the tour, making it easy to follow along and absorb the wealth of information she shared. She was also very approachable and open to questions, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone in the group. I would highly recommend this tour—especially with Iris as your guide.

Very Friendly Tour Guide! Great Tour
Beside of very pleasant guide this visit can be easily done by those who come by car to Amsterdam, one very crowdy place, no free bathrooms in there (there is just one toilet in the parking lot, and it's a paid one), ultra-inflated prices in the local stores, just not worth by the current price...
I recently embarked on a half-day guided tour to Zaanse Schans and Volendam, which offered a delightful glimpse into the traditional Dutch countryside. The tour commenced with a visit to Zaanse Schans, renowned for its iconic windmills and historical architecture. The well-preserved village provided an immersive experience into the Netherlands' rich heritage, with opportunities to explore traditional crafts such as wooden shoe making and cheese production. Following the visit to Zaanse Schans, the tour proceeded to the charming fishing village of Volendam. Known for its picturesque harbor and vibrant atmosphere, Volendam offered a taste of authentic Dutch culture. The guide was knowledgeable and engaging, providing insightful commentary throughout the journey. The tour was well-organized, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Overall, this guided tour is highly recommended for anyone interested in exploring the quintessential Dutch countryside and learning about the country's cultural traditions.

Nothing! We thought you could get into the museum with the ticket. From the description it is not clear that this is not the case, unfortunately money thrown out
We did the Anne Frank Walk on a beautiful day, so it was perfect to walk outside. It was also highly recommended with the children – because the tour is interactive with videos and audio, they found it interesting and educational. It's nice to reflect on the story of Anne Frank together. Really a special walk to do together.
I found this immersive experience into Anne Frank’s life much more personal and touching than the museum. It felt like walking through history with a storyteller who truly brings the stories to life, thanks to the AI-driven videos that turn photos into vivid scenes. It was a lovely walk, and I appreciated being able to go at my own pace, pausing whenever I wanted to soak in the city’s atmosphere or explore a spot more closely. As a local, I loved walking around Amsterdam and seeing how the city has transformed over time. This experience beautifully blends history and modernity, making it a meaningful journey through the past and present.
Sure, we read Anne Frank’s diary in school, but nvigating the very streets she knew is a whole different experience. This city tour isn't like any other we've done. It plays out like a pocket time machine—every stop brings you to a different historical event, so we joked that the real question isn’t where you are but *when*. The audio and visuals are top-notch without being cheesy, and the story hits hard in all the right ways. The route is a bit longer than we expected, but we were able to complete it over two different afternoons so there was no rush or overload. Also it's a great way to explore the city! (Station 5 was our favorite and also the stop at teh Names Monument was incredibly powerful.) Thank you for making our time in Amsterdam so meaningful!
This was a pretty cool experience, expands on top of what you can get visiting the Anne Frank house and adds a whole next level of immersion. You get to see things that you were only imagining during the house visit. It's also great alternative as getting tickets to the house can be very hard sometimes.
The Anne Frank digital self-guided tour felt like walking alongside Anne herself. It’s not just an audio guide — it’s a beautifully crafted storytelling experience that gently brings you into her world. As you wander through Amsterdam, the city transforms into a living memory, and Anne’s story begins to unfold not just as history, but as something heartbreakingly human. The tour doesn’t just tell you about the past — it invites you to feel it. With just your phone and headphones, you’re guided through places that shaped Anne’s life: the apartment where she played as a child, the school where she once sat among classmates, the bookstore where she was gifted her now-famous diary. Step by step, you trace her journey — until you finally arrive at the Secret Annex, carrying with you a deeper understanding of who Anne was before the hiding began.
That is so cool!! A whole new experience in Amsterdam. Great for the family or a group of friends. I really recommend it!!!
Definitely a wonderfully executed tour that submerges you in Anne Frank's life. Learned a lot about her life, her story is still so urgent and inspirational.
The Anne Frank experience is fantastic. We learnt and enjoyed it a lot. It's great to see the city while discovering the story behind Anne Frank and what exactly happened, when, and where. Honestly, we found it even more moving than the museum.
I’ve lived in Amsterdam for over a decade, and very familiar with Anne Frank. But this walk revealed a new depth to the city, and relevance to the Anne Frank story in today's world.
What a wonderful idea! It was such a cool experience. It's really nice that you can do it at your own pace and explore the city in the meantime.
The tour was amazing! All my expectations were reached and I learned a lot from it. It was flexible and I had the chance to learn more than a museum can give me. I highly recommend it! + the day was beautiful, so I was extra lucky.
The highlight of our trip in Amsterdam. We learned a lot and got to know a lot about Anne Frank and places in Amsterdam we would've never visit otherwise. Recommended!
We really loved this self-guided walk through Amsterdam. The mix of narration, animations, and real locations made Anne Frank’s story feel so real and personal. It’s easy to follow, beautifully done, and a great option if you can’t get tickets to the Anne Frank House — or even if you can! A meaningful and memorable experience.
INCREDIBLE experience! Deeply moving, immersive, and beautifully told. A must-do in Amsterdam, highly recommend it.
INCREDIBLE experience! Deeply moving, immersive, and beautifully told. A must-do in Amsterdam, highly recommend it.
Retrace Anne Frank's life through Amsterdam on this meaningful alternative to the Anne Frank House.
I would love to book more attractions but due to limited time for vacation, I was not able to do it. Maybe next time, I will book other attractions.
Adam Lookout was great. However, the single entrance fee is excessive in my eyes. MOCO super!!!
The boat tour offered with the city pass was pretty average. They firstly made us waste 25 minutes by asking us to arrive 15 minutes early just for them to leave 10 minutes late. They were focused on getting more people onboard than leaving on time. The audio guide was just a sentence each and unsynchronized with the tour at some parts.
Good value for money and hassle free. Used the passes lot visit museums and canal cruise.
It is convenient to book attractions. The pass is price worthy!

Super nice people who looked after us. Despite the language, everything was easy to understand. The guide took a lot of time to answer questions. Very nice tour with lots of humor and lots of great impressions of Ajax. Gladly again
The guide was super! Very engaging and full of knowledge! The stadium really beautiful, in every area!
Unfortunately, the VIP Stadium Tour was not organized by the promoter. It has been canceled. However, no information was received from Head Out and the amount has not yet been refunded. Customer service has not responded. I will no longer use Head Out. - I would have expected information and a refund.
It was a great experience. Well organised. And it was easy to felt the passion for the club of the people whom lead the different tours. Well done
Fantastic experience lived in this Tour of the Johan Cruyff Arena.Spectacular guided tour by Mr. Hans, thank you very much for everything he taught us and explained in detail throughout the tour of the stadium, in addition to his soccer knowledge we were pleasantly surprised by the super detail they had with my nephew because that day was his birthday and they gave him a magnificent detail and spontaneously encouraged all participants to sing Happy Birthday something he will never forget in life and will always keep in his memory of his visit to the stadium. I would also like to highlight the kindness and courtesy of another guide that I do not remember the name, a young man who spoke perfect Spanish. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart. Totally recommendable tour !
My 11-year-old son really really enjoyed it. It was really super to see once.
The experience was incredible! A unique guided tour with a lovely and very pleasant guide. Great souvenirs for a very affordable price. We saw a mythical place and went onto the pitch as Johan Cruijff would have done.
We had a very nice VIP tour of the Arena, thanks to Enrico. He spoke passionately and enthusiastically about everything.
