Validity
- Before activation: Valid for 60 days from the date of purchase.
- After activation: Your pass is activated as soon as you use it for the first time and is valid for the number of 24-hour periods chosen. For example, if you select a 48-hour pass and take any public transport at 3pm on a Monday afternoon, your pass is valid till Wednesday 3pm.
- You can cancel these tickets up to 24 hours before the experience begins and get a full refund.

Easy and self explanatory. My week-long pass downloaded stratight to my apple watch. I never had any issues accessing it. It did take a little effort to figure out the pickup/dropoff routes and locations for my area. Overall, a positive experience!

The whole activation process was misleading. And the QR code of the ticket was not always recognized immediately, so you had to use your cell phone several times via the scanner at the metro entrance. But when it worked, the whole thing was great.

Beautiful city I particularly liked the Anselm Kiefer exhibition and the super organized streetcar ride. We only found out after two days that you can get off the tram with a credit card. I think that's great, better than in Paris. A rather complicated system has now been introduced there and the fare is relatively expensive.

A little downside on the tickets via the app... on the outward journey, we had printed them out but on the return journey we went through the app and it didn't work because as soon as we approached the phone with the QR code, it triggered Apple Pay!!!! Buying and scheduling was easy. It was used in Switzerland and Italy with no questions asked. It is the cheapest way to travel. For trains which needs reservation, a separate payment is needed but also not expensive and also easy to do. This is the best option for travellers to Switzerland and accross Europe that does not opt for rental cars.

We found it very good, easy to use and in seconds you have all the possible combinations with the schedules. I took it for 10 days and had no problems with schedules and train combinations. I traveled through 3 countries without any inconvenience. Although on the high speed trains you have to pay for the seats, you still have to live with the costs. Believe me you save a lot of money.

Was a good boat tour for the cheap price. Wasn't an hour, was closer to 40 mins. Saw a decent amount of things. I am not sure we ever passed the Anne Frank house as advertised, and if we did the audio guide did not point it out like it did the other attractions.

We didn't have an "experience," it was supposed to be a two way ticket from the airport to a stop nearest our hotel. There was no-one to advise when we arrived at the airport; There WAS NO GUIDE; We were not told where the "bus interchange' was; We found our own way because it was well signposted at the airport, and had to look up the bus route ourselves. When we found the right bus, we attempted to scan the tickets on our phones. Unfortunately I'm not sure anything was registered and we effectively rode for free. All instructions on the bus by the driver, were in Dutch, so we had to listen very carefully as we neared our destination for the correct stop. This was a stressful experience because we do not speak Dutch, and we were new to the country, having only just arrived. It wasn't a good start and have no idea what to do when we leave Amsterdam to come home. The overall experience did not match the expectations you set for us as travellers, and therefore it has to be seen overall as an unacceptable experience provided by your company. Our mobile phones were more useful in helping us to our destination than anything you provided.

I liked the one pass concept, but the app to make reservations and book seats were not clear. Getting an agent to assist me was impossible and did not happen The Robot kept asking ne fir my pass ID and last name after I entered it numerous times. I wast trying to place to pass on hold when I was not using it, but I could not located how to use the app to place the pass on hold. My experience so far is extremely disappointing

The boat tour offered with the city pass was pretty average. They firstly made us waste 25 minutes by asking us to arrive 15 minutes early just for them to leave 10 minutes late. They were focused on getting more people onboard than leaving on time. The audio guide was just a sentence each and unsynchronized with the tour at some parts.

Got my pass without difficulty. However it did not work well to activate the sensor on the tram. My friend's worked fine. I was never stopped but it was anxiety producing.

Easy and self explanatory. My week-long pass downloaded stratight to my apple watch. I never had any issues accessing it. It did take a little effort to figure out the pickup/dropoff routes and locations for my area. Overall, a positive experience!

The whole activation process was misleading. And the QR code of the ticket was not always recognized immediately, so you had to use your cell phone several times via the scanner at the metro entrance. But when it worked, the whole thing was great.

Beautiful city I particularly liked the Anselm Kiefer exhibition and the super organized streetcar ride. We only found out after two days that you can get off the tram with a credit card. I think that's great, better than in Paris. A rather complicated system has now been introduced there and the fare is relatively expensive.
