I really liked not having to deal with the ticketing, our guide handled all of that with the museum. Our guide, Kawiheh, was really great, and his English commentary was exceptional. He explained things about the paintings that I would never have noticed or appreciated. While we did not see every single thing in the museum, I feel like I got an excellent summary in the 2 hours of the tour. Everything was well organized and efficient. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Love this museum! Our guide was knowledgeable and did an excellent job. The audio glitches were unfortunate but not his fault. It was borderline infuriating that we missed 20 minutes of our tour because we had to wait so long for the elevator...and we missed several attempts because when a group including a stroller or carriage came out, the door closed so quickly we weren't able to get in with our wheelchair. In typical Dutch fashion, far too many obviously able-bodied folks got in quickly and the door closed.

Our guide chose one particualr period to focus on, which was an excellent approach, in my view, as this included Rembrandt and Vermeer and their contemporaries. Our guide was entusisastic and highly knowedgeable and offered insights which were really interesting and relevant. The two hours passed very quickly and despite the numbers looking at the more famous paintings, we were able to enjoy these masters. It really was a memorable visit and one my son and I are unlikely to forget.

We enjoyed the canal trip because we wanted to go on an evening trip on the canals. The audio on the guide was poor and competed with the pilot/guide who we could hear chattering away in Dutch and poor English. Listening to an American whine on for 60 minutes in my ear out of synch with what you're seeing is not my idea of fun. The trip was not 75 minutes. It was barely over 60 minutes. Don't bother buying your ticket beforehand either. Whether you've purchased it in advance or not, you will be pushed through the small kiosk where you will be encouraged to purchase overpriced Heineken. What was great was the scenery, which made it worth it. I suspect there are better canal trips than the Blue Boat Canal trip to take.

The tickets were not for the Blue boat canal cruise as you said. The QR code did not work at the office of the Blue boat canal cruise. We were sent from there to Tours and tickets and they said our ticket was to be collected from central station...a very big distance from the Rijk museum. We were not happy and would not use head out again

We have redeemed your combination tickets Stedelijkmiseum/ canal cruise with Lovers. However, they only included one ticket for the canal cruise in the ticket voucher although 2 were booked and paid for. I therefore had to pay an additional €17.50 to Lover Cruisses in order to take the canal cruise. I would therefore ask you to transfer the amount of € 17.50 back to me.

We liked the exhibition. What was bad was that we were denied entry because we, and many others, had booked with Headout. We had to buy new tickets for both of us on the spot. The staff indicated that we could reclaim the cost we had incurred at Headout. So here goes! You can transfer it back to my account NL16RABO0311353665.
