Book your tickets at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure a preferred time slot. Expect the building to be lively and loud, with short wait times at interactive stations, even with a timed entry. Arriving for the first slot at 10:30am is the only way to avoid the mid-day rush.
  • Low season (November–March, excluding holidays): The winter months, outside of the festive Christmas period, offer a much more relaxed atmosphere. How long should I spend at the Heineken Experience?

Heineken Experience tour

Allow 2 to 2.5 hours for the standard self-guided tour. This provides enough time to walk through the historic brewery, participate in the 4D ‘Brew You’ ride, and enjoy your two chilled Heinekens at the bar.

Heineken Experience + Rooftop Bar

If you plan on taking photos and enjoying the view, budget 3 hours. While the tour itself is roughly 90 minutes, visitors often spend an additional 45 to 60 minutes socialising in Freddy’s or the Rooftop bars.

VIP tours
